Yamaha AN1x Demo via elmosexwhistle

Cool Yamaha AN1x demo posted by elmosexwhistle on this VSE thread.

"hey fellow synth heads, on this here mp3 file you can hear what kind of sonic madness i've been creating with my an1x these past few months...interestingly there are no external effects (albeit a little treble added to brighten the sound slightly) and a little crossfading to shorten down the track...a load of patches are on this demo, includng melotrons, harpsichords, mad fm shiz and big lush pads...also alot of points where you'll be thinking *how the hell did he do that on a 4osc synth?* i don't even know myself sometimes"

  1. Love the Demo, I've always wanted an AN1X. By the way are they factory presets or your own ?

  2. I can't believe how cheap AN1x's are online.

The sounds out of it are extremely varied and sit very well in mixes.

I find it's a super source for external effects.

  7. Great work! Much much better I ever managed even I learned the synth inside out for 8 years. I can really recommend the synth. It's great with nice sets of modulation possibilities and much more.

  9. Fantastic! Certainly an underrated synth, mine's been in it's box since I moved house but I've got a feeling it's going to get played again very soon after hearing that. Please do post the link to those patches.
