"The MUC-400 converts midi data to analog signals for analog synthesizer or each modular analog sound hardware. You can connect up to 8 synthesizer of different midi channels (1-16) who works with volt/octave or hz/volt. You can configuration all the 16 ports with different functions, what you can see below. All midi channels and all note/controller numbers you can use. The pulse length for trigger and sync could be set at 2ms, 4ms (default), 8ms, 16ms,…, 0.5sec. The clock signal could be divide (1 - 96) to generate each clock timing.

Ports 1 to 8 are CV able and you can select the maximum voltage for 5V or 10V for signal output:

Following configuration for port 1 – 8 are possible:

1. Trigger function: Activate for one note or for each note. The voltage output could be select of constant 5V or 10V or variable with velocity value (note_on) or release value (note_off).

2. Gate function: Activate by note_on/off for one note or for each note. The voltage output could be select of constant 5V or 10V or variable with velocity value (note_on).

3. Synch function:
a) Trigger by MIDI clock, start, stop, reset
b) Gate by start/stop
c) Gate by stop/start

4. Volt/Octave function with spread and tune adjustment. You could combine the pitch with several gain factors!

5. Hz/Volt function with spread and tune adjustment.

6. Generate CV output with 7 bit resolution with the last MIDI byte, with following midi orders:
a) Note_on (CV = 3. byte = velocity)
b) Note_off (CV = 3. byte = release)
c) Controller (CV = 3. byte)
d) Poly_Aftertouch (CV = 3. byte)

7. Generate CV output with 14 bit resolution with the last two MIDI bytes, with following midi orders:
a) Note_on (CV = 2. byte + 3. byte = note + velocity)
b) Note_off (CV = 2. byte + 3. byte = note + release)
c) Controller (CV = 2. byte + 3. byte)
d) Poly_Aftertouch (CV = 2. byte + 3. byte)

8. Pitch function with 14 bit resolution (0 – 5V or 0 – 10V).

Port 9 - 16 are not CV able and have only one maximum voltage of 5V for trigger, gate and sync signals:

Following configuration for port 9 – 16 are possible:

1. Trigger function: Activate for one note or for each note.

2. Gate function: Activate by note_on/note_off for one note or for each note.

3. Sync function:
a) Trigger by MIDI clock, start, stop, reset.
b) Gate by start/stop
c) Gate by stop/start"
