The modules are the Doepfer A119 external input/envelope follower, the Doepfer A-106-5 SEM filter and the MFB VD01Videoscope (not pictured). All modules are working perfectly. I have been using the unit as an external effects processor and video synthesizer. Video Feedback Visualizer Modular Patch
YouTube Uploaded by ionraygun on Jan 5, 2009 (previously posted)

"I create live real-time video feedback sets on occasion and this is one of my favorite starter patches for audio visualization... wanted to demonstrate the patch while everything is still in this configuration from a New Years Eve gig.

This example uses an ebay telephone carbon microphone as an audio source going into a Doepfer A-119 input module filtered by Livewire and Plan B VCFs into an MFB VD-01 VideoScope module that is then keyed over a live video feedback signal path with a Videonics MX1 video mixer and processed by a Korg KAOSS Pad Entrancer... wow is anybody actually reading this?

Shot on a Nikon D90 for no other reason then it was handy and my Canon XHA1 is loaned out to a friend... plus who else would dare use their new DSLR for video feedback looping?

Watch in HD!"

Sound of Z8000

YouTube Uploaded by popitem on Jun 30, 2011

"Basic idea is using a sequencer as an oscillator and the oscillators as a modulation source.
The patch is 2 Tiptop Audio Z3000 and a Z8000, all audio is from the Z8000: 2 row routed to a mixer are clocked at audio rate by the waveform of the 2 Z3000 (wich are cross modulated, waveform to PWM to cv to cv)."

M2C Short Demo.mpg

YouTube Uploaded by fonitronik on Jun 30, 2011

"This is a short vid demontrating the basic functions of Dave Kendall's CMOS based MIDI 2 Clock Converter.
For the patch i use the M2C (controlled by Cubase), my new BinSeq (divider/attenuverter based sequencer), Boogdish's simple Quantizer and my dual X-4046 VCO (Thomas Henry).
For clocking the BinSeq i use the gate out of the M2C, the stop out resets the BinSeq. So each time i stop the Cubase sequencing software the BinSeq gets a reset. When staring the pattern from the beginning, the sequencer is in sync again."

The Harvestman – Evin 209 Matrix Mixer

via this auction

"Overview:
4x4 matrix mixer and bipolar feedback grid Evin 209 provides four different mixes of four signal inputs. Each output row can be switched between unipolar (zero to max) and bipolar (negative max to zero to positive max) mix behavior. The module is DC-coupled so that you may also mix control signals this way. An expansion header is also provided on the rear of the module. It currently connects to a m'79 Stilton Adaptor for true Feedback Console operation (the inputs and outputs of each module are normalled together, so a complex mix of a four-pedal feedback loop can be finely tuned). This header will also allow expansion with any other Feedback Console devices to be designed, such as VCAs or envelope extractors.

inputs and outputs:
Four inputs by four outputs matrix mixer Selectable unipolar or bipolar mix operation for each output group Expansion header for Stilton Adaptor +/-12V Doepfer-style power connector.

Measures and weight:
3U eurorack module
Panel size: 20HP"

Science Topics with Synths, Ultravox & Depeche Mode's Correct Pronunciation

science now-synths.m4v

YouTube Uploaded by zackdagoba on Jun 30, 2011

"see http://myblogitsfullofstars.blogspot.com/ for more"

Synths starting with Alan Townsend of Roland and the SH-101 at 1:40. Ultravox at 3:20 with Billy Currie on Arp Odyssey and Midge Ure on PPG at 4:00 followed by Warren Cann on LinnDrum and PPG again. Midge Ure on Minimoog at 4:59. Note the mod on the MIDI previously posted here. That excerpt of the video was posted here. And of course you can spot the Yamaha CS80 captured in the default image for the video.

The following covers some of the same but appears to be a compilation with a whole lot more. Depeche Mode comes in at 22:10 with a Yamaha CS5 followed by a Roland Jupiter-4 at 23:09. Moog Prodigy to the left of the Jupiter-4 at 23:20. Also listen for the correct pronunciation of Depeche Mode right after 23:20. See if you can guess it before watching.
