This sequencer kit was purchased from "Music From Outer Space" and is described in great detail on their web site, including all the panel wiring and suggested layouts with graphics.
Included are the MFOS analog and digital boards. They were professionally soldered (stuffed) with all new Mouser components by a veteran analog synth technician. Panel wires were also soldered to the boards with extra length to design your own custom panel and enclosure. All (new) potentiometers are included. Panel hardware and knobs are not included. Packaged in static free bag.
Description (when assembled):
- Produces sequences of 4 to 16 steps in length
- Modes include stop at count, reverse at count, reset at count and random 16 mode
- Each step has coarse tune, fine tune, and switchable gate
- Accepts external clock and external start pulse.
- Simultaneous outputs with and without portamento.
- Forward, Back, and Reset controls ease sequence set up."

It started out as the 'micromac'- an ambitious idea. This is a a complete **starter** modular synthesizer in a very small area. Anyway, well it's done. Here is a video of this thing. Personally I'm pleased- this small unit can provide the user with the sound of a big modular system- it's an entry point fot those wondering. "Its not finished yet... but this yellow box is a MIDI arpeggiator. Its powered by an Atmega328 with Arduino bootloader and it also contains a PIC16F688 to receive MIDI synch on a second MIDI in port.
I wanted a standalone arp to go with some synth modules I've been building, and I was inspired by Reason's RPG8 - although it does not look much like it.(does that make it a hardware emulation of a software emulation of hardware...?)
The minimal control surface (just LEDs and switches) actually works pretty well. Still need to implement a few more features like note insert, proper gate length control and to debug the weird things it does every now and then. When its all finished I'll post some more clips and I intend to stick the source and schematics online too."

second half of the movie - after repatching - is just a 258c square wave, somehow modulated to the triangle side of the module

I'm using MIDI clips in Ableton Live as well as a MIDI sequencer to trigger the synths, then they are manipulated in realtime. Twin 10 Channel Analog Sequencer Modual A10X21MT1
via this auction"This Twin 10 Channel Sequencer "A10X21MT1" Works fantasic! 9-12Vdc Powered. Triggered output, and the Control voltage outputs. 10 (White & Orange Control Knobs) are the voltage output for each of the channels, each of the 10 channels has an on/off switch. The RED LED's are the pilot lamps for the channels, they will scan from Top left down, then right up. The Red Control knob (Freq) is for the speed of the scanning. The power input is on the back of the unit and instuctions will be sent with this. Fully grounded and IC's are socketed. I have tested this on my Synth and works great. Switchcraft parts (Instructions will be sent when shipped)
Each sequencer A & B have twin CV outputs, they are complete isolated from one another, same goes for the A/Trig and the B/Trig. You can use one or both, it does not matter how you use them. Each sequencer will operate freely from one another.
This has 2 seperate 10 channel sequencers in one unit. They both will work independant from one another. Each sequencer A or B will work off thier own "Freq" control.
Each A or B has Clock Input Jacks for External Timing control. When a signal is applied at that input it will turn off the internal clocks. The Freq LED will continue to flash but it will not have any control over the sequencing rate, that will be controled by the external input clock. This works for both A and B Clock Inputs.You can sync them together either A sync to B or B to A, there is a center control that will work as follows:
Norm: CENTER (Yellow Control Knob) is Normal operation mode
AxB: Sequencer A (left side) A scans 1 thur 4 then will send pulse to Seq B.
BxA: Sequencer B (right side) B scans 1 thur 4 and will send pulse to Seq A.
A+B: Sequencer A will scan both A+B
BsynA: Sequencer B will sync B to A, Freq B will control both B and A
AsynB: Sequencer A will sync A to B, Freq A will control both A and B
The Unit measures 6 1/2 x 13 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. Un-finshed wood cabinet."

I bought 2 40h kits 2 years ago and packed them away for a bit, I had the faceplate custom milled out of aluminum, and anodized black. I installed blue 3000mcd leds, and will also include 200 Red 1200mcd leds if you wish to switch it up. The enclosure is stained red oak and I put 3 coats of high gloss poly on it to give it a nice shine.

"A demonstration using a SH101 through a Wasp Drive. The SH101's filter is completely open and there is no resonance. So all the filter effects you hear are via the WD filter. The 101 is also sending a CV to the Wasp Drives Cutoff, that is why the resonance changes when different keys are hit. It is not a tuned resonance so it cant really be played tunefully but it has a good effect when playing. The CV is connected with a standard 3.5mm patch cable, much like the ones eurorack synthesizers use."

I tried to stay simpler this time and showcase the Tempests ability to do "normal" drum machine duties with patterns that were less musical and more rhythm. I also tried to solo some sounds while a beat was running to let the listener hear the quality of bass and feel the subs.
