SeeSure Analogue Oscillator Synthesiser Signal Generator

"A very raw sine wave is produced from this Oscillator, It can go very very low to very very high with a switch for increments sine and saw option and some color coding for notes.
The switch sine and saw can do things on the fly and make interesting sounds.

A have never used the XLR connections so don't know much about them,
I have always used it with the 3.5 Mini jack that is connected that works fine.
Comes with variable PSU.

I have also made a simple trigger box to cut the signal from the synth in and out so you can play notes. A simple OSCILLATOR in and then out to amp or computer or what ever you are putting it thru, the toggle switch above the buttons can have the the signal coming thru for a constant tone or toggle it to use the switch cut in and out.  The switches are cool smokey grey translucent Arcade buttons that I specially ordered in.

Please note only one switch is needed and working and the other one is a spare that could be hooked up with another synth at a latter date.

I have also included a keyboard map of colours.

The synth is great fun....and with a bit of delay and Reverb you can get some great risers and shuddering drops, and general madness out of this little synth..."

This is the first SeeSure post.

"Here's a very cool keyboard from Sequential. Notice the joystick for controlling your sound modeling. The Prophet VS uses Vector Synthesis as its revolutionary new means of sound creation. It uses a total of four oscillators per voice with 127 waveforms (32 user) and dynamic waveform crossfading via the joystick. This was Sequential's first digital synth, and it was also their final synth unfortunately. But after Sequential was gone, Vector Synthesis technology went into the popular Korg Wavestation and Yamaha's SY-22 and TG-33..."

"For your consideration is a vintage original Oberheim FVS-1 or Four Voice in great condition. I was told is was in storage for many years, and there does not appear to be much wear on the instrument. The tolex is in good shape and the faces and back plates cleaned up really nice. All of the nobs have their tops on and nothing is missing. The programmer fully works so you can save patches. If you are reading this auction, I'm sure you are aware of how rare this instrument is and what it can do. A lot of work was put into this unit to get it playing at peak performance again. Everybody who has seen it in person is in awe of how beautiful it is and what great condition it's in. Dean at Five Star Engineering in Mesa, AZ restored this instrument. Dean writes: "It was a pleasure restoring this Oberheim beauty to it's original working condition. All aluminum, tantalum and mylar capacitors were replaced. New key bushing were installed. A new memory back-up battery was installed. All circuitry was tested and repaired where needed. This unit was full calibrated and adjusted to spec. This unit sounds great and is now in excellent (like new) working condition." I took some video of me playing it so you can hear it working: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5d93Ng-2jE&feature=youtu.be Vintage synthesizers are delicate so I would recommend picking it up if possible, but I am willing to ship. However, I am not responsible for anything that happens during the shipping process. Feel free to ask any questions..."

TrAniModule Demo #1

Published on Aug 17, 2013 JRock17991·15 videos

"A Demo Of the AniModule TrAniModule: http://animodule.bigcartel.com/produc... Looking at $129.99 for Buckets of FUN!!!
Our Other Modules are here: http://www.animodule.com/store/eurora...
Modular Grid: http://www.modulargrid.net/e/animodul...
Here's a description:
Behold the TrAniModule!!!!
A 1 Watt, Class A Transistor Amplifier
In an 8HP, 29mm deep Package.

With a Line Input to jack your iPoop or your Walkman up to synth levels.
What's that?
You want to process your piddly little Line Level signal before you send it roaring out the belly of this little beast?
The Line out is normalled to the Mixer, so just plug in and it'll rip your signal away from the maws of this monster.

If you're looking for high fidelity
You better just slink back in to your studio with your Grandaddy's precious pretty monitors...
The speaker is about the size of my Big Toe!
But if you want portability and a warm sound that will drive when you crank it all the way, without knocking your granny off her chamber pot, We got'em both! AniModule has been working hard to help you achieve your Brown Note!

Really, haven't you ever wanted to pull your skiff out to the deck so you can contemplate life's inner intricacies and breathe the fresh air while you wind down your day?

But then you think twice cause your wife *cough* (we know you live in your parents basement) will think you're a kook while you're dragging your amplifier and cables through the house.

Now you can make that a reality. One outlet, one skiff, and you're communing with nature.

AniModule is helping to make your dreams come true.

The Mix out is just a nice clean, buffered mix of your 2 Attenuatable Inputs and the Line Input.
The Speaker Out is normalled to the speaker in case you want to drive a bigger cab, or plug your pretty little headphones in, or capture the tone after the amplifier. If you plug in, the speaker cuts out, but the master will still control the volume. Handy for live performance.

and really, if you want a nice clean sound, just dial back the levels a little bit!!!

Check out my Buddy Flux302 channel over here:

He'll skill you on gear and music Production

AVICII - Silhouettes (performed live by Kebu @ Assembly 2013)

Published on Aug 17, 2013 Kebu·23 videos

"Kebu's all-analog synth cover of AVICII's "Silhouettes", performed live at the Assembly Computer Festival in summer 2013. Real-time computer graphics by VJ Julius Tuomisto and his amazing Z Vector software.

First time I heard AVICII's "Silhouettes" (not that many months ago) I thought it was quite a good tune and really liked it. But when I added a JX8P to my live rig I realized the tune would work great live as an all-analog synth tune.

The song was performed using only analog synthesizers, either played live or sequenced. The performance was recorded directly from the mixer to a stereo track and later mixed together with the ambience from the arena. A few mistakes have been cut out and replaced with the audio from a rehearsal take.

Equipment used in this song: Roland TR-808, JX8P, Juno 60, Alpha Juno 1&2; Korg Polysix, Poly 61, Mono/Poly, Micro-preset M500; Jomox AirBase99, Touched-by-sound DRM1, Oberheim Matrix 6R, Yamaha RM1x (only for MIDI sequencing), Behringer DDX3216, Lexicon MPX500, as well as a midi patchbay and additional preamps for my mixer.

Dave Smith Instruments Tempest Finger Drumming & Voyager Jam

Dave Smith Instruments Tempest. First finger drumming attempt.
Published on Apr 22, 2013 Andrew Jensen·12 videos

"Ive been following some tutorials on creating sounds for the Tempest. While doing so I modified the tutorials and created some of my own sounds based on the principles in the tutorials.
The first half shows the sounds dry and the second half adds some distortion.

This is my first attempt at finger drumming (as opposed to keying in the sequence one or two pads at a time).

Here is a link to the tutorials I have been using. I find them great especially for people who are new to drum synthesis (like me!):
