"A 2013 Christmas present from 1979. When new this little calculator caused quite a stir with its audio generating button pad and musical alarms. Silly now, but as your will see elsewhere on Youtube, its part of the sound of the early Tetris generation just before the Atari and Nintendo took over.
Leave in Calc Mode to turn off the irritating hourly beeps. Push AC then Time or AC then Date to program and follow each with a pen push of the set button. Clean the battery compartment with a Q-tip for better contacts. No power save or sleep. Dollar store batteries 4 for $2."

"It suddenly occurred to me that I hadn't made anything christmas-like this year. Well, better late than never and Christmas isn't completely over yet. So therefore I have done the old Culture Club song Love is Love in the light of the Christmas tree on the old Elka Preludio 22L organ from 1977 while the harmonies and strings are played on Elka EP-8."

"Clockworks Eurorack module works as 4 channel analog divider for internal or external clock source. If internal clock is selected, clock pulses are presented on clock output connector (can be chained).
Division ratio is selected by potentiometer for every channel in range 1 to 8.
This feature creates interesting polyrythms.

via the seller: "This is Octave the CAT SRM (Rev. SMM-1, Serial # B3965). This synth is tested and works fine. The cosmetically it is in good shape, except the left wood panel is missing a piece, as shown in the picture.
This version most likely comes with the SSM2040 chip that was used in Prophet 5 and ARP 2600, (though I can't see the number, as a resistor is placed on top of the chip). Also VCOs are supposed to be discrete and sound FAT, as far as I can recall.
This synth has Duophonic (2-voice) capability, a 2-note sample-and-hold feature for each voice as well. The Keyboard can be switched between 2-voice (poly) and 1-voice (mono) modes.
You can read more about this synth on a Sound on Sound article "Octave Cat, Kitten & Voyetra". Also I will send both, instruction and service manuals (in PDF files) to the buyer..."

I had Midwest Music Menders in Chicago go over the instrument and everything works as it should. I really hate to see it go, but times are tough. "This is my new altoids modular low pass filter, it's the same filter I use on a lot of my instruments placed in a home all by it's self for use with any instrument you wish. It works well with atari punk consoles, casio sk-1, any circuit bent device or even your guitar provided that you use a distortion pedal or some kind of preamp first in line because the input level is set for electronic intruments and it's a little low for passive guitars. it has 1/4 inch in and out, power led, cut-off control knob and it runs on a single self-contained nine volt battery, (May be included)"
