DIRT is our new 4HP low-pass filter / effect for the Eurorack modular synth platform.

Inspired by one of our favorite 'noisy' filters, the DIRT is an unapologetic filter / effect that produces interesting and unique effects via the Bias knob, accessible from the front panel.

It's not a traditional filter; it's an effects module with filtering, ring mod effects, wave shaping and even outright brutal harmonic distortion.

DIRT likes to square things up a bit, so throw in a triangle, sawtooth, sine or other wave forms for different style effects. Even plugging a guitar using an external amplification module into the DIRT produces some great sounds and heavy distortion.
Controls:

- CUTOFF = Cutoff Frequency
- RESONANCE = Increase the Q!
- BIAS = Set the bias correctly or not, the choice is yours
Inputs/Outputs:
- Now shipping version 2.2, which as a buffered CV input jack. CUTOFF CV IN = Voltage range changes depending on where CUTOFF knob is positioned. External attenuation will be needed for fine modulation.

If you need a full set of Roland sounds in a small package this is great, It has samples of the 808/909 drum kits which make it nice for simply a drum machine. This is MULTI TIMBRAL which means you can play different instruments at the same time via MIDI.

We kept the B-Step 1 base and built a lot of useful stuff on top of that.

For the right groove in your set, we have added an advanced shuffle mode. Now you can add the shuffle modifications to every second 16th, 8th or 4th. You can modify the timing, velocity and duration of the notes in the shuffle grid.

To fill the pattern, you can use the Sequencer Ratcheting features (Step Repeats). This is ideal when you want to create drum rolls, arpeggios or experimental stuff.

Different measurements? Sure! You can reduce the pattern length down to 1/16th or increase the length by adding some Non-Linear Playback features.

Polyphony: control up to 4 synthesizers independently with one instance of B-Step. Just split it into 4 sequence groups and share the things you like between.

When you need speed you can use the Multidrag feature which allows you to copy a slider or button state to all others on the fly.

Also, you don't have to remember the slider states anymore — now just click it and the value will pop up.

Scales? We have that covered also. You can fill the chords randomly with notes from scales.
