"Peter Brown from Roland demonstrates the AIRA effects modules and System-500 modules at Kraft Music.

Roland System-500 modules are based on the vintage System-100M modular synthesizer, newly designed in the popular eurorack format. System-500 modules deliver the classic analog character and functionality of the originals with the advantages of top-quality modern construction.

While top electronic music artists often use instruments that are pricy and hard to find, AIRA offers a new series of affordable instruments developed to offer the spontaneous creativity and hands-on performance inspired by vintage electronic instruments, while easily integrating into today’s computer-based production environments.

AIRA uses Analog Circuit Behavior technology to virtually recreate the behavior of traditional analog circuits in classic machines like the TR-808, TR-909, TB-303, and SH-101, then combines the sound with modern features like arpeggiator Scatter effect and USB integration to pick up where the analog classics left off. The end result offers sought-after sound qualities of vintage instruments combined with powerful modern manipulations and performance features."
