Moog Minimoog D Analog Synthesizer SN 10252

This is an original 1978 Minimoog model D synthesizer in excellent cosmetic and working condition. It is one of the desireable later serial number models (10252) which means that the oscillators don't drift nearly as much as they do with the earlier models. In fact this one is extremely stable. It looks great and sounds like gold. The only issue with this synth that I can see is that the pitch bend wheel does not work. From the research I have done this is very common and an easy problem to fix (clean or replace the contacts). In fact I will try to do this myself if I can find the time before the auction ends. "At Knobcon 2016, Synthtopia talked with designer Michael Bachman about his Ottava analog synthesizer and neuroRack Eurorack synthesizer modules.

The Ottava Desktop Analog Performance Synthesizer is a two-oscillator monophonic synthesizer, with a 4-pole analog low-pass ladder filter, 4 LFO's and 4 EG's and patch storage.

The Ottava was designed with modular construction, so that the synth can easily be customized. The boards that make up the core of the Ottava can also be used in custom synth designs and Bachman even has plans for using them to build a polyphonic analog synth.

The neuroRack modules are Eurorack designs with some unique features, including per-module patch storage and system-wide patch storage.

"The Polyphonic Ensemble S was one of KORG's first polyphonic instruments. Like most polyphonic keyboards of the time, it has full polyphony across the entire 48-note keyboard. It featured four preset sounds with two variations each: String 1 & 2, Pipe Organ 1 & 2, Brass 1 & 2, and Chorus 1 & 2. A maximum of two preset sounds could be combined together, ie: Brass + Strings. The sounds were generated by three analog oscillators per note which gave it a much richer sound than the PE-1000/K-4 model. However, very little can be done to modify the sounds; envelope Attack and Sustain, oscillator de-tuning, and EQ Treble and Bass are the only controls. Fortunately a nice Phase Shifter can be dialed in to give the sounds some retro seventies shimmer."

* multistage step reset, gate 6 into strobe for multisage reset, gate 6 or gate out (it's the same in this case) to maths channel 1, just to get larger trig to ensure René reacts, EOC, fall up, goes into Xmod
* René in snake mode
* René page xfun, select CLK RST
* René X-CV, select the first of the 5 René step, by hand ok, but you can get glitch when you are just between two values (hope this will be solved into a MKII!!), so it is better to prepare the positions, with a voltage memory, pressure point or here serge TKB

Now slide your 5 steps sequences variations, select/unselect steps, select/unselect trig out, change the snake way"
