"I’m a longtime synthesizer enthusiast with backgrounds in both music and technology and am finally parting with some of my favorites after 30+ years!

This listing is for my Sequential Circuits Prophet 5 (Rev 3) Synthesizer. Bought directly from the factory, I’m the first and original owner and it was stored in a temperature controlled environment at the NAMM Museum of Making Music for the last 12+ years. Having never been gigged with and only occasionally used in my home studio (before museum), this P5 is in impeccable shape and is literally museum quality.

In preparation of selling it I had it serviced where it underwent a full pot cleaning, key bushing replacement, J-wire alignment, bus-bar cleaning, and new backup battery making it fully operational inside and out. Upgraded to the highest level operating ROM (10-5) with 120 Factory programs, this Prophet-5 is MIDI equipped and enabled. This unit has also successfully completed 100 hours of burn-in, many of the hours using MIDI sequences.

Included is original Operation Manual, Technical Manual, Footswitch, 120 Factory Presets Cassette, Brand New Light-Duty Case."
