ELEKTRON DIGITAKT TUTORIAL MAKING SYNTHS USING SAMPLES

Published on Jul 7, 2017 once upon a synth

"The Elektron Digitakt can act as 8 subtractive monophonic synths in one. It has all the necessary building blocks including VCF, VCA, ADSR envelope generator and an LFO. Instead of a VCO you just load or record your samples. You can even play the sounds with a keyboard like a normal synth. In this video I go over the basic theory and then proceed with making 4 different synth patches and making a simple beat to tie it all together."
