Michael Jackson - Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' (chisel316 remake)

Published on Nov 5, 2017 chisel316

"My humble attempt at remaking the classic Michael Jackson song using the Social Entropy Engine as the MIDI sequencer. All patterns were sequenced from scratch by ear. I thought it would be more fun to watch if I selected the patterns in real time instead of programmed the whole song.

Synth Bass - MFB Kraftzwerg (Eurorack)
Keys - Roland Boutique JU-06
Horns/Strings - Korg Module (Glasgow Gadget)
Guitars - Korg iM1 (Darwin Gadget)
Drums - Korg Bilbao Gadget playing Cubasis LD1 samples
Extra Percussion - Roland Boutique TR-08

Live Mix using Auria Pro controlled by BCF2000 on iPad Mini 4
Audio interface - Behringer UMC1820
Recorded directly into Samsung S5 using Roland GO:MIXER and uploaded straight here!

Hope you enjoy it!

Peace \/
