Streamed live on Sep 20, 2017 Analogue Zone Showroom / Synths and Studio

"Modular Workshop - Live from the Showroom

00:00 Live Performance
15:06 Presentation on the Buchla LEM Snoopy & Make NOise René
18:33 Make Noise - MOrphagene sample modulation explained
19:34 4ms - DUal Looping Delay duties explained with feedback demonstration
20:33 Make Noise DPO bassline sequencing explained with the Malekko Varigate 8+ and XAOC Devices - Tirana II plus the Endorphin.es - Terminal
23:11 Mutable Instruments - Rings & Erica Synths - Black Hole DSP introduced
25:24 - Audio Damage ADM14 Boomtschak explained

This week's stream features a world premiere for Buchla lovers: Ramin will demonstrate the unparallelled audio range of the Buchla LEM Snoopy - Buchla's more compact synth voice with its flagship modulation and filtering capacities. You will be put into picture in connection with the convincing Buchla-sound, and he will also talk about what makes its oscillators exceptional both for timbre and tuning when it comes to heavy modulation.

The Make Noise DPO and the Endorphin.es Terminal will be also there to see how two classic Buchla-concepts (the lowpass gate and the complex oscillator) sound in eurorack. The 4ms Company - Dual Looping Delay will process the sounds with its exceptionally fine-tuned feedback.

The Varigate 8+ 2 CV outs will be utilised as well along with the XAOC Devices - Tirana II for extra sequencing duties.

The Hexinverter - Gallilean Moons envelope will be used as one essential ingredient for creating hihat sounds - based on the Malekko - Noise module mostly.

"Modular Workshop - Live from the Showroom

This week's episode still focuses on the Stillson Hammer MKII.
Ramin will work backwards this time: he will build a track from scratch, so that you can see the whole patch built up live. We will show how to program the Stillson Hammer for bass and leads, and the Varigate 8+ for building a 4/4 kick first followed by the clap. Then he will shift grooves for the percussion section, while utilising the SH's modulation outputs on the Mutant series modules' parameters. We'll end up with a techno groove with a plethora of possibilities on the fly. Join us & get inspired with us!

Analogue Zone Synths and Studio

Published on Aug 1, 2017 Analogue Zone Showroom / Synths and Studio

"Our company's main aim is to distribute modular systems and synth modules in Europe and the whole world. Apart from that we consider it important to have the most popular analog synths in stock, and also to have the rare, almost legendary pieces as well. Our goal is to distribute analog (modular and semi-modular) systems, at the same time though, a wide range of quality studio equipment is also available from us.

Another important part of our work is to contribute to the analog and modular synthesizer community by means of gaining popularity and raising awareness. Apart from distribution, we are happy to dedicate time and effort to keep the discourse alive between experienced users and newcomers in the community. We regularly take part in events, workshops and we also organize them. You can check out our next event on our Facebook page. We are eager to provide informative and entertaining videos of our products on our Youtube channel.

As representatives of the manufacturers distributed by our company we are able to keep our customers up to date with information about any distributed product in question."

Modular Minutes: Kasleder Effects - Acid Fuzz In Context

Published on Mar 30, 2016 Analogue Zone Showroom / Synths and Studio

http://www.analoguezone.com

"In this episode of the Modular Minutes series, we took a look at how fuzz can spice up a drum machine + chord sequence while being modulated with audio gain-based signals via a simple envelope follower. The drums come from a Vermona DRM-1 MKIII, while the chords are a blend of a Quantum Rainbow by SSF and a Russian string synth (Elektronika EM-25). Fuzz out is being 50% dry/wet mixed on an outboard mixer (adding some reverb here and there) and also is filtered by Doepfer's finest filters (all the filter and fuzz parameters are controlled simultaneously via an LS1 Lightstrip!). As you see, the Kasleder Acid Fuzz can be decently integrated into a musical context, and can be soft, shredding and everything in between! Signals can be tamed with the Feedback switch and knob as well.

Analogue Zone - Analogue Modular Store

Scroll down for the English Description!

A Roland már a 2015-ös Musikmessén elkápráztatott minket a SYSTEM-500 eurorack sorozatával, mely az AIRA modulokkal ellentétben teljesen analóg, a klasszikus Roland SYSTEM-700 és SYSTEM 100M rendszereken alapuló modulokból áll.
A klasszikus Roland-hangzás modern eurorack környezetben született újjá.

A workshopot Vayo, a Roland Europe Csoport termékmenedzsere tartja. Most se feledjétek, hogy a showroom férőhelyeinek száma limitált, érkezzetek korán!
