"The Airlectron Sensor Recorder module is equipped with a sunlight independent distance sensor to generate CV output voltages. A distance sensor reacts to hand movements and varies the CV output voltages (bipolar/max +/- 5 V, unipolar/max 0-+10 V). The range control adjusts the detection distance (2-50 cm). The freeze function keeps the voltage when there is no continuous movement. The recorder/looper can be used to record motion sequences for up to two minutes. This recorded data can be played back in a loop or once and restarted at the START/RESET input. LEDs indicate the status of the gate inputs and outputs. Features: 3x controller 1x Vishay distance sensor 3x gate/trigger in- and outputs 2x CV outputs unipolar/bipolar Power supply via Doepfer connector"

there are one polyphonic note track (up to 4 voice chords) and 14 mono tracks for the audio input, the white noise source and for each filter channel.

each channel include a vca with individual envelope control. all tracks are accessible via midi notes.

create your own patterns, save them in the internal pattern sequencer as a patch and play them on the fly.

with the internal arpeggiator and the keyboard scaler function you can jam very well live.

software updates, loading of wavetables and saving/loading of patches can be easily realized via midi sysex dump."

Superbooth 2023: Flame - Fire Drum Machine

"We spoke to Felix from Flame about their new eight-channel drum synthesizer, Fire. The drum machine currently has nine algorithms, and while it is virtual analog, it offers an extensive range of parameters that allow for manipulation of click level, click envelopes, transient samples, and resonance, among other features. It also offers a unique advantage of not having a fixed structure and allowing for eight bass drums, for example, and you can morph parameters for happy accidents. Fire has a global user CV, and a total of eight audio outs. It can be controlled via sensors, LFOs, foot pedals, and MIDI.

Flame's new sequencer, Takt, can be used in combination with Fire via MIDI, freeing up the gate trigger outs and CV outs. Fire can be used with triggers and MIDI concurrently, if you enjoy things getting messy.

Fire Available July 2023. Price: 490 Euros"
