"AJH Synth Mega-Phase 12 Full Review and Coverage of its Features. Eurorack Modular Analogue Multi-Tap Phaser Module for Eurorack Modular synth

(HEADPHONES recommended) I spent some time with the Mega Phase 12 to test its features, create a few sounds, process synth patches and some beats.

This is a unique eurorack module, the latest AJH Synth eurorack module which takes the analogue multi stage phaser to a new level with 12 Stages you can tap from and separate access to Resonance, see video to learn more about it. This AJH Synth Mega-Phase 12 also has CV control over key parameters.

AJH Synth Mega Phase 12 - REVIEW INDEX:
00:00 Mr. Blue has a new box!

00:42 Unprocessed Kick… then same Kick processed by the Mega-Phase 12. Then we take out the Kick and leave the LFO as CV for FC2 CV Input

01:14 Welcome… Let’s get Started: Mega Phase 12 Module Introduction, Front Panel and Specs Overview

03:12 EMP-Stage Rotary Switch Hidden Feature

03:38 DO NOT SKIP THIS SECTION: IMPORTANT DETAILS about the STAGE and EMP-STAGE 8 Way Rotary Switches in combination with the two Mono Outputs (L-Out and R-Out)

09:02 Modular Organ Sound Processed through the AJH Synth Mega-Phase 12: we add CV signals to DEPTH-CV, FCV1, FCV2 and EMP-CV

10:51 We go back to a simple Synth Line and Tweak a few front panel Knobs for some basic sound alteration - MONO L-Out Only

12:07 Start with same simple Synth Line but we go from Mono to Dual Mono to Stereo Width

13:24 We look at the LFO offered by the Mega Phase 12 and we patch it back into the Module’s EMP-CV

14:28 Driving Time! - Let's look at the ‘Drive’ available on Input 2 when turning Input 2 Level to 8 and beyond.

15:28 Checking out the ‘Wet Out’ output: to External Effect Module and Return into Input 2 with Level Control.

16:52 Time for a minimal jam (sort of): I send a simple modular Beat (Kick Snare Hats) straight into Input 1 of the Mega-Phase 12. Wet Out to effect module back into Mega-Phase 12 INPUT 2. I never change the beat and I never change the parameters on the effect module. All the changes in sounds are from tweaking the AJH Synth Mega-Phase 12 front panel controls and using Control Voltage signals for some of hte CV Inputs.

23:36 Time for some loud Noise. Self patching just because.

25:41 Another simple run at using a Return on Input 2 + CVs

26:42 Final Thoughts

30:38 A QUESTION FOR YOU GUYS
