One Orchestra To Rule Them All
Majestica Pro and Ultra are the same Majestica you know and love, and so much MORE! It is the largest symphony orchestra ever sampled, containing 240 players divided into 5 sections: strings (100), brass (60), high woodwinds (30), low woodwinds (30), and percussion (20). We upgraded it to our new user-friendly Century UI. We have also included our Polyphonic Legato and TM Pro Arcs in this iconic library.

Majestica Pro (formerly 8W: The Eighth Wonder, exclusive to our V8P members) boasts an expanded array of 5 extra microphone perspectives: a spacious Wide option as well as 4 distinct spot mixes per ensemble. These spot mics become your creative allies, enabling you to spotlight and accentuate individual instruments. Craving more prominence for the burning, brassy sound of the cimbassos in the brass ensemble? Eager to amplify the impact of those Bartok pizzicatos from the basses, or feel the rumbling contrabassoons resonate through your entire body? Simply dial in the spot mics for any instrument and open a realm of extreme sound within the grandeur of the largest orchestra ever assembled.

Majestica Ultra is the complete arsenal of this colossally epic orchestral library. Complete with the entire Majestica Pro orchestra and mic positions, it is also enhanced with dozens of synths curated specifically for film scores and epic music, dozens of ambiences, and Hybrid Cinematic Effects. Majestica Ultra is truly the ultimate "score-in-a-box."

Derived from our exclusive V8P sample catalogue, Majestica is designed for composers and producers that desire the ultimate, unrivaled, epic symphonic sound. We spared no expense and there is nothing like this on the market.

Majestica Ultra was recorded at 96kHz in the same large, world-class orchestral hall used for exclusive V8P series and 8Dio instruments such as CAGE, AGE, and Lacrimosa Epic Choir. It includes 3 microphone positions (Mixed, Decca and Far). The UI system for Majestica was built from scratch and contains over 35,000 lines of code giving you the ultimate experience in ease, flexibility, and playability."

Patching a basic kit from scratch on the LXR-02

video upload by Richard DeHove

"This isn't a dazzleman superkit showcase video. It's a reality ride-along as I put together a pretty standard kit discussing the various parameters, choices and interactions as we go. It's a moderately long video but then there's a lot to cover and I wanted this to be a real walkthrough of the process. Even so I didn't cover lots of interesting things like LFO sidechaining, panning, effects and velocity - that's for next time.
I put a limiter on the final output to catch a couple of spikes but otherwise there is no other processing than what you see. If listening on headphones you may notice a little noise when the mic is active. There was a lot of ambient noise outside with traffic, birds and power tools - and of course the LXR's buttons are very clicky. With those disclaimers aside I hope you find the process and explanations useful.
The resulting kit 'Clomp' is on Patreon.

Programming the bass sound of West End Girls on a Frap setup was a tough challenge (but we did it)

Patch Tuesday | Mid/Side FX Processing | Enhance 2

video upload by Joranalogue Audio Design

"Welcome back to Patch Tuesday!

Today, Boris demonstrates how to use Enhance 2 to process your mid/side channels with various effects.

Patch two slightly detuned oscillators to the stereo inputs of Enhance 2. Take your mid and side outputs and route them to different effects— in this instance Delay 1 and Fold 6. Enjoy a rich stereo sound by sending your effects' outputs back to the side and mid inputs!

Have fun patching!"

CHORUS EXPANDED! Stereo BBD Juno style Chorus for Eurorack // SoundForce Chorus 6 & µChorus 6

video upload by DivKid

"Here we have a video packed with audio examples of not only the Chorus 6 and µChorus 6 from SoundForce but lots of examples of how to use Chorus and how to expand on the basic uses.

This video includes lots of patches with the DivKid Community music and patches! I asked my Patreon supporters to send in their audio that they’d like to hear through these modules and they sent in a great range of audio, all credited below and in the timing index. Thank you for the general support and thank you for the great audio to work with.

The Chorus 6 and µChorus 6 are both based on the classic Roland Juno series synths and they feature the same audio path as those originals. It’s a stereo array of MN3009 BBDs with basic mode control on the micro version and more expanded fully featured LFO, CV control and externally modulated options of the larger module."

Kaivo LFO 2D Overview

video upload by Madrona Labs

"Kaivo is a software instrument combining two powerful synthesis techniques (physical modeling and granular synthesis) in an easy-to-use semi-modular package. It’s laid out a bit like an acoustic instrument; the GRANULATOR module acts like the player’s touch, exciting one or more tuned objects (here, the RESONATOR module, based on physical models of resonant objects) that come together in a central resonating body (the BODY module, also physics-based).

Manis Iteritas Alia is a voice based on the architecture of Basimilus. It was designed to be more gritty and aggressive by using only sawtooth waves that are manipulated, modulated, and distorted through a rethought interface. Manis Iteritas Alia is suitable for leads, basslines, drums, darkness, detuned madness, or pure mayhem. Plus, MIA’s dedicated envelope output is a great modulation source for the rest of your patch.

Manis Iteritas Alia is a revamped version of our pangolin-approved industrial and dark voice/VCO.

• Suitable for all your techno, industrial, and goth needs
• And then will surprise you with how soft and pretty it gets too
• Sawtooth extravaganza
• Turn decay up to try free-running mode
• Dedicated envelope output
• Encoder tuning
• A portion of the proceeds benefit pangolin conservation

Noise Engineering is committed to donating a portion of the proceeds from every Manis Iteritas sold to pangolin conservation. That means you can pat yourself on the back for buying a Manis, knowing you're doing some good in the world! More about these critically endangered scaly mammals: https://www.savepangolins.org"

Worng Electronics - Parallax! Eurorack Stereo FIlter.

video upload by Signal Sounds

"Parallax is a stereo filter designed with a classic sound, a simple friendly interface, lots of modulation options and two flavours of output. Designed to bring your modular system into a stereo world, Parallax is a pair of filters for your left and right signals which are controlled with common stereo controls, as well as controls to skew the cutoff and resonance in the stereo field. Parallax is perfect for making synth patches from stereo sources, or for taking a mono signal and making it stereo.

A stereo signal (or mono to the left input) passes through filters based on the design of the classic Pro-One but with a number of tweaks to update the filter for modern use. in addition to the -24dB/oct outputs there are -12db/oct outputs added for a brighter, smoother sound in addition to the powerful sound four-pole sound you would expect. All outputs are available simultaneously, giving you more patching options.
