Workspace and Environment: Mr. Projectile

You can find the full interview on trash_audio.

"What is your current favorite piece of hardware?
Nord Modular G2. I haven't found a synth that better suits the type of music that I do. The knob setup, the build quality and the software editor are the best that i've seen. I use the Nord a lot to do the things that i don't want to manually do, such as random sequenced bleeps and arpeggiations. The ability to improvise with it while performing is a huge thing also."

KL-Module

"Hybrid Module für analoge Modulsynthesizer"
click here for the product page in German.

Here's the content in Googlish:
"The K311 A is the main module of the K311 series.

In the upper area (inputs) are the four inputs A - D associated with the LED. The input signals are applied to the states or HIGH LOW. As signals are LOW 0 volts to about +2 volts (or negative stresses). HIGH tensions are from about +4 volts. The area between +2 volts and +4 volts is not precisely defined. Generally, the input voltages modular systems in the usual range of -15 volts to +15 volts not.

In the middle part (Analysis), the LED outputs and the various logical operations are assigned. If the condition is true, the LED and the socket is +5 volts. In particular:

A OR B One of the inputs A or B must be HIGH.
A B XOR One and only one of the inputs A or B must be HIGH.
A AND B Both A and B inputs must be HIGH
D C OR One of the inputs must be C or D HIGH.
C D XOR One and only one of the entrances C or D must be HIGH.
C AND D inputs Both C and D must be HIGH

In the lower area is a logic inverter, the input signal to HIGH LOW or HIGH LOW for converts. The work is a way other than in an analog inverter.

Flame Clockwork Demo

"I have uploaded a short mp3 of a very bland patch that shows how the 3 seperate gate/clock outputs could be used to fire off individual envelopes in a patch. the summed CV/LFO is routed to the 1v/oct input of a Plan B Model-15."

The Trollogy: A Tale in Several Parts

via appliancide:
"These tracks should be listened to loud in a dark room. Parts 1 and 2 are just modular synth being tweaked as it plays with no overdubs. Part 3 is a mix of some old unfinished stuff remixed for the Trollogy concept. The creepy main hook was done with an old version of Reaktor and rest is manipulated samples."
