Roma Modulare 2026 | Viktoria Presents the Adam Synths Modular System

video upload by Malvinus

"At Roma Modulare 2026, I sat down with Viktoria to talk about the Adam Synths modular system, and the standout feature that sets it apart: a visual aid for memorizing your patches.

Viktoria walks us through how the system works and why patch memory — normally the hardest thing to hold onto in modular — becomes so much easier here.

No demo, just a conversation with someone who knows the system inside out — sometimes that's the best way to understand an instrument.

Roma Modulare 2026 | Tyler Walks Through the Chase Bliss Pedal Lineup

video upload by Malvinus

"At Roma Modulare 2026, I sat down with Tyler to go through a run of Chase Bliss pedals: Onward, Generation Loss II, Mood, Lossy, Big Time, and Clean.

Tyler breaks down what each pedal does and where it fits, from granular textures to degraded tape sounds to reverb and delay — a good look at how Chase Bliss thinks about effects.

No demo, just a conversation with someone who knows these pedals inside out — sometimes that's the best way to understand a piece of gear.

From Korg M1 to Roland SH-4d: Reimagining a 1991 Track

video upload by Malvinus Music

"Reimagining 'Verso Dove': A Journey from 1991 to 2023

In 1991, I composed the track Verso Dove using my brand-new Korg M1, excited by the possibilities of its 8-track sequencer. Fast forward to 2023, and I decided to breathe new life into this song with the Roland SH-4d, completely rearranging and reinterpreting it.

Verso Dove, which means 'toward where', reflects an existential question I asked myself as a kid: What would I become? What did I want to be? The fear of the unknown, the uncertainty of the future—it all lived within this track. That’s why I chose it to be part of my record Synthetic Horizons For Dreamers (SH-4d). It connects me to my younger self, and through music, I want to reassure him: you will make it.

Come along for the journey—this is going to be fun. Peace! 🎶✨

🔊 Gear Used in This Performance:
✅ Korg M1 – bringing the original 1991 composition to life with its classic 8-track sequencer
✅ Roland SH-4d – reimagining and modernizing the track with a fresh arrangement in 2023
