"This jam is a little weird. My phone was on low battery which made the video slightly glitchy. I was a bit distracted during this recording so it's maybe a bit more boring than usual. There is also a couple mysterious audio drop outs near the end of the video. I didn't notice these prior to uploading so it's possible something went wrong when combining the audio and video files or something.

"Selling my beloved Prophet T8 after many years of great recordings and cared use. This was serviced a few years ago by one of the best western Canadian synth technicians. Its fully function and the keybed has felt replacement recently and it feels great. Lots of information on the net about this amazing synthesizer. Its midi functionality is great and I used this as my main controller for my DAW instruments and other synths with midi. The built in real-time sequencer is amazing! Poly After touch, 8 Voice, Velovity envelope control! Its been called the Rolls Royce of Synths in the book 'A to Z of Analogue Synths' by Peter Forrest.

Its in excellent shape, some little dings and scratches on the metal here and there. Was like that when I got it. Its lived in my studio since purchasing over 10 years ago." [posted here]

"The Sequential Pro One is a fantastic monosynth. This one is in great condition with little to no use by me ... had it recently serviced to get it up to snuff . It comes from the same period and genre as the Roland and Moog . The Pro One was basically Sequential's attempt at taking their legendary poly-synth and packing it into a compact monophonic analog synth. It has two VCOs, a great 4-pole lowpass filter, two ADSR envelopes (one for filter), and a compact three-octave keyboard. With a Pro-One, you can easily create punchy analog bass-lines and leads or quirky analog synth effects.

The Pro One is an extremely flexible synth with lots of modulation possibilities (ie: the filter, VCO B and LFO can modulate VCO A or B frequencies or pulse widths, or the VCF). There's also an onboard sequencer, something common on many Sequential synths but not often found on other monosynths of the time. Also onboard is an arpeggiator which has UP and UP/DOWN patterns."

"Just a quick run through of sounds (mostly created by me) on my T8. Sorry no speaking, or maybe that's a blessing? Rig is T8 mono out into summing amp then into Mac linein, recorded on Quick Time. If I was speaking, I'd be making the point that the T8 does sound fat and lovely - almost all the sounds in the demo are Single (and therefore 8 note poly). I'd also make the point that the expressiveness of the keyboard makes it quite an exceptional synth. First sound is left bank 77. After that Right bank 37, then it just works through right bank starting at 12 and ascending mostly sequentially. You'll notice a couple of sections in the vid where I obviously demo the aftertouch and show 2 keys (both Cs) that are a bit dysfunctional. You'll notice they require a bit of extra pressure and accuracy to play. Recording is completely dry, so a bit exacting on the keyboard technique, especially as I'm kneeling down playing this! Anyway, hope it gives an idea of how good a T8 really sounds and how versatile it is."

Update: crazy little noodle added above. Description: "I don’t know what this is, but it sure is fun. Division 6 CEM3349 VCO oscillator sweep, Malekko Richter Oscillator II sequenced by Division 6 Dual Mini Sequencer and Tiptop BD808 and SD808 triggered by Z8000 Matrix Sequencer/Programmer. Noisering modding the Oscillator II for a little added grit. All through Mattson Mini Modular JP VCF and finally TC Electronic M300. Peeeeew!!! Kidding aside, listen to how low it goes with decent speakers. The CEM3340 was used in the Moog Memorymoog, Oberheim OB-Xa, Octave Voyetra Eight, Roland SH-101, MC-202, Jupiter-6, MKS-80, Sequential Circuits Prophet-5 10 & T8, Pro-One, Prophet-600, Banana Poly Synth, Crumar Spirit, Synton Syrinx, and more. See for yourself here. The Curtis CEM3340 was re-issued in 2016."

"Sequential Circuits Prophet 600 in excellent condition and in perfect working order. The celebrated little brother of the Prophet 5 and the first commercially available synth to feature MIDI functionality, the P600 model is an incredible value, retaining the rich tonal quality and much of the functionality of the Prophet 5.

The P600 has two oscillators per voice with sawtooth, triangle, and variable pulse waveforms. The oscillators can be individually tuned or synced together. Similar quality VCF and VCA sections from the Prophet 5 can be found here too! The P5's Poly-Mod section has also been passed onto the P600. An extremely versatile and easy to use synth, highlights of the P600 include the onboard arpeggiator, two-track sequencer and poly-modulation. The P600 is great for creating analog effects, swells and drones, and additionally boasts a glide effect and very flexible modulation possibilities.

The synth has been freshly serviced and thoroughly tested, and all functions and features work as intended. There's only very light wear on the solid wood ends framing the synth, and only a bit of additional light edge wear on the enclosure. All of the original knobs are intact too."
