via the seller: "This is from my private collection, I purchased this beautiful holy grail of synthesizers in England, 2002. It was overhauled by now defunct FX Music Control in England, all of its internal components were tested, then only replaced as necessary. It has the original 220v power cable, which I use with a step up/down transformer to run off USA 120v.

Included is also another rarity which is an original copy of the owners manual. This synth is in 9.5/10 "near mint" condition and is 100% fully functional. It is missing 1 knob cap for the LFO Amount potentiometer. You will not find a better OSCar than this!

It comes with factory MIDI as well and has the latest version OS installed. This is a very rare opportunity you will not find again. Pics are of the actual unit for sale. This wonderful machine has been very well cared for in my private non-smoking professional studio. Serious buyers only please."

WMD Test Lab Performance - T2

"Inspired by our good friends over at Old Blood Noise Endeavors, we here at WMD decided to start a video series of our own highlighting modular gear and guitar pedals in an improvised live performance setting.

We call it the Test Lab in order to continue the vibe with our new product demo series and really focus on exploration of gear and sounds. The idea is to improvise, test ideas, and test the features and functions of certain pieces of gear and to give you an idea of why we make the gear we make the way we make it.

In this first episode, WMD's T2 (Tyler Thompson) gives a performance using a full setup of Eurorack modular including the new unreleased Aperture filter and Performance Mixer and a bunch of other stuff.

This performance took place in our warehouse in front of thousands of parts we use to make the instruments Tyler was playing.

The main modules he used were the WMD Synchrodyne, Bastl Knit Rider, HexInverter Mutant Drums, and some unreleased WMD modules including the Aperture filter and Performance mixer.

The following guide hopefully explains the whole thing sufficiently:

you can do the following things by pressing a pad/trig button:
copy a sound from any kit into the current kit (pad chooses which track)
copy sequencer track & sound from any pattern to the current pattern AKA MEGAMIX (pad chooses which track)

on the FX track:
SYN: enable/disable kitten - this also disables/enables internal triggering of the pads, respectively.
SMP: choose between kit (0) and pattern (1) mode
VEL: choose source kit/pattern (1-127) - note that 128 is not available.
