What's the noise? Four modular synth live jams compiled in one video

Published on May 6, 2017 Kaiboard

"Inspired by some electronic music performances on the Superbooth 2017 (a very famous synth fair in Berlin) I tried to create some similar stuff, meaning creating music without using a keyboard, without a melody, without harmonies. I never did this before and therefore I'm just a mere amateur. I recorded four sessions each around 6 to 9 minutes. As no normal human being will be able to stand such a challenge, I compiled some minutes of the four sessions in one video. The complete Session #4 is available for the hard ones of you on YouTube [below]. Equipment used: Doepfer A100, GRP A4, AJH MiniMod, RI Swarm Oscillator, MI Braids and Peaks, Roland System 500, DSI Pro 2, Koma Komplex Sequencer"

Space pads: iPad DXi, Eventide Space, Alesis QuadraVerb

Published on May 5, 2017 MIDERA

"Just messing around with the iPad app DXi - a 4-op FM synthesizer (much like the TX81Z, not sure where they differ actually). It's actually quite simple and powerful. That was then run through the Alesis QuadraVerb and Eventide Space in parallel to help give it that nice oaky timbre."
