Arturia Minibrute 2s as a Drumsynth like the Moog DFAM

Published on Aug 1, 2018 Thomas Kress

"Using the Arturia Minibrute 2s as a drum synthesizer like people would use the Moog DFAM. Velocity and pitch values are driving the oscillators and the noise generator and the 4th track is used for the decay. Some patch cables are doing the other magic. Recorded directly with a field recorder - Zoom h4n. Adding a little compression and 3% reverb in logic pro x. I would recommend the Minibrute 2s as a drum synthesizer."

Snazzy FX pedals explored by Artur Punte poetry

Published on Aug 1, 2018 Erica Synths

"Artur Punte takes different approach to Snazzy FX pedals.

Setup:
1) Voice record goes to the Wow and Flutter's input
2) Output signal from the Wow and Flutter goes to the Tracer City
3) The same voice record* signal splitted to The Mini-Ark as well
4) Square-wave output from The Mini-Ark goes to the Expression pedal input of the Tracer City
5) Signal from CV output of The Mini-Ark the CV input of the Tracer City
6) Output form the Tracer City, The Mini-Ark and voice record* go directly to a mixer

Record from the mixer's monitor output as it is – no effects, no postproduction or mastering.

* Poem "Today I Understood" by Artur Punte (translated by Kevin M. F. Platt), voice: Jayde Will

___
Manufactured in Latvia by Erica Synths now pedals are put in more compact heavy duty boxes with solid build quality keeping the authentic sound of the SnazzyFX pedals from the original run and will not only stand the test of time but will turn heads wherever you take them. Effects are great to use not only for guitar & bass players but experimental musicians and synthesists as well both in live and studio set up.

DELTA CEP A Knob attack!

Published on Aug 1, 2018 Jörg Schaaf

"Just a couple of minutes parameter tweaking with the Delta CEP A. At the end I am showing the smooth transitions between different sounds, that are possible with the snapshot Interpolator!

The DELTA CEP A is a new semimodular musicsynthesizer with monophonic and paraphonic playmodes, preset memories and snapshot automation. The DELTA CEP A is the perfect starting point into the EURORACK world and will become available soon as desktop standalone synthesizer and EURORACK module. The DELTA CEP A works just out of the box without any cable patching. If you are looking for a EURORACK FX unit or for POLYPHONY within your cabinet, you should also have a closer look as well. Are you curious about connectivity with your other gear? The DELTA CEP A has a MIDI interface and connects to every MIDI gear (MIDI sequencers, Keyboards etc.) The desktop version comes with standard 1/4 inch jack inputs and outputs.

The audio streams in that video are directly recorded from the main outs of the Delta. We have not used any compression or volume automation. What you hear is the original sound of the unit. If you have the impression, that it is not loud enough, please just adjust the volume;-)"
