"This is a unique and wonderful synth made by the electronic wizard Peter Blasser. It has preset sounds loaded but you can program your own from you computer using the FISH editor. You play it by gently squeezing the wooden bars that then send out digital information to the onboard ARM Cortex M3 32 bit processor. There are antennae on the bottom that sense flesh and distance. The buttons can also be programmed to do perform actions. The 8 red lights turned on and off to indicate activity. Or as Peter writes, 'Four bars on top feel your fingers and two woven antennae below sense flesh, complimented by a battery of buttons. There are red lights.'"

Vult Modules Series - Flux Quad Voltage Processor

Published on Nov 1, 2018 Omri Cohen

"Usually, not always, usually, you will want some sort of attenuation when using sample and hold, and sometimes, you will also want to get a smooth signal rather than a stepped one. And when you get also a clock comparator and an envelope follower with it, you will want at least 4 of those to use in your patch. Well, Flux is a four channel sample and hold\clock comparator\envelope follower, with range control and slew limiting, and a built-in modulation matrix for extra fun. In this video, I take a closer look at Flux and at all of its features, with examples built from scratch. Here are all the different patches - https://patchstorage.com/vult-modules...

Introduction - 00:33
Sample and Hold - 02:43 Example - 04:38
Comparator - 11:58 Example - 12:46

"Decided to challenge myself to design a synth patch against the clock. Used Digital D1 by Audiokit a new Virtual Analog PCM based synth inspired by PCM synths of eighties and nineties which I did a sound bank for. Great synth for lush pads, basses and leads and all proceeds from the App go to support the Open Source Audiokit project https://audiokitpro.com/"

Instinct - Bastl Softpop + Korg Volca FM, Kick, Sample, SQ-1 - Acid Techno Jam

Published on Nov 1, 2018 Kablehead

"It was time for me to do another Volca jam. The Softpop from Bastl Instruments provides the acid line and gets sequenced by the Korg SQ-1 via cv.

The drums come from the Volca Sample and the synth sequence from the Volca FM. The Volca Kick plays the bassline. From time to time it randomly shifts the sequence back a step which can be a nice change or an annoying bug. :)
The TC Electronics Flashback Triple Delay is connected via the aux send of my mixer."
