These are stunning and powerful drum synths: trigger via a drum pad, drum machine or output from your DAW. We love these and have two in the studio which we trigger from our 808. The low end on a Syncussion leaves the 808 seeming a tad weedy…
This one will ship once our techs have finished with it – we modify the output to TRS jack for separate outputs for each channel and also with CV ins for each channel for more musical interactivity…
It uses a 12v DC 300ma, centre negative unit power supply.
There are currently no known operational faults with this unit – some crackle may be possible when the unit has not been used for some time – this should clear with use.

MODULES
Dual wavetable oscillators form the core of MASSIVE X’s sound. Choose from over 170 wavetables and 10 different oscillator modes – each with their own sub-modes. These determine how each wavetable is read, with unique controls to shape the resulting sound, which can – of course – be modulated. Dial in two additional phase-modulation oscillators, assign them to the primary oscillators to introduce movement, or even use an external sound source to do the same.

"Now this is something I was genuinely very excited for when I first saw it announced. Having used and enjoyed both the LRMSMSLR and Vector Space from WORNG Electronics a new module in itself was excited, but Soundstage ... YES PLEASE, I'll have a bit of that! Morgan from WORNG talks about creating a 3D soundstage based on standard mixing techniques in terms of both stereo placement and frequency placement. It's a very powerful tool from a technical mixing point of a view and very creative one from an artistic approach. It's 21 inputs and 20 analogue filters with CV-able blend and depth control between the dry and wet (filtered "fully deep!") sound and you've also got a stereo VCA (prime target for animation, dynamics or audio rate AM synthesis!) on the output. It's all analogue so it clips pleasantly with a warm saturated clipping and with the finely tuned filters it will do nice musical feedback too.
