"Superb condition as seen -- some small scratches and wear on face, but still looking great for a 45+ year old instrument!

A true vintage piece, much better sound than any modern reissue as well as later vintage Odysseys (2810, 2823 etc.).

This one has been very well calibrated, no problems with sliders or keyboard unlike most you will find which need extensive work. Ready to play right now. An absolute joy to play!

Has CV/Gate board installed, which was not standard with these versions. So you get the best of both worlds, the controllability of later Odysseys and the superior sound of the Mk.I."

"Factory built smaller version of the Roland-esque JOVE filter, hard to find and only built in small series. Retains identical feature set to full sized JOVE filter except for second CV-in being non-attenuated. Perfect condition, unracked and unused. Ships with power cable"

Analogue Systems EMS Synthi Filter Demo

Published on Dec 14, 2019 Roberto Raineri-Seith

"ANALOGUE SYSTEMS 'EMS SYNTHIFILTER' DEMO

A simple sequence of a single Depfer A-110-1 VCO with sawtooth waveform fed into the only officially licensed clone of the EMS filter built by Analogue Systems in collaboration with EMS.

Initially only the resonance is heard, then the VCO comes in, with on/offs of the soft/hard (fast/slew) slope with the filter set to 18db as in the original.

Delay is a TC Electronic D-TWO, reverb a Vermona DRS3 stereo spring reverb.

Recorded with a Tascam DA-3000 high-end digital recorder.

BTW this is also a demo of how one single VCO can sound unbelievable..."

Korg PSS-50/Poly-800 Demo Song (1984)

Published on Dec 14, 2019 jd wall

“The PSS-50 Programmable Super Section was released in 1984. Different chordal accompaniment patterns/sounds, bass lines, and drum patterns could be combined into custom machine-music combinations. In this lo-res video it’s providing the backup for a Poly-800 routed through some PME-40X effects. (The keyboard-guitar thing was definitely a phase, and the vibrations from Al Di Meola’s Tour-De-Force LP were still in the air.)

Cheers,
Don M”

Prophet 6 Tutorial - Modwheel to Filter & Bandpass

Published on Dec 13, 2019 philmakesnoise

Vermona style white knobs.

"Before I got the P6 I was almost worried I'd lose those sweet modwheel filter sweeps. I was pretty happy to find they can be easily set up.

This isn't really super deep but I've seen people complain and claim the P6 lacked this feature. This works well enough for my purposes! I take things on a patch by patch basis and its nice to know I can program this in on occasion.

(Not to mention all of the other cool destinations you can link to the mod-wheel with this trick. PWM, OSC freq, and FM via OSC2 freq combined with polymod!)"
