"Vintage mono analog Russian synthesizer in great condition, all functions work with the exception of the lower E flat key having intermittent issues with sticking and likely can be remedied by service on the key action. In addition, all of the controls work but the switches are tight to move and could be adjusted / loosened. In addition, MIDI has been installed on the synthesizer with the details below. To note, power is 220V but can easily be used at 110v with a simple step up / down converter. Thanks!

MIDI INTERFACE INSTALLED: - Adds MIDI IN connector - MIDI LEARN button for fast and easy active midi channel selection - NOTE SCALE CHANGE switch (in MIDI mode for arpeggios)"

"These devices are not currently available, but you can read about them on the Nanoloop website here.

It's a 4 channel synth/sequencer/drum machine and it works great. The battery holders can be a bit tight for some brands of AAA battery (this is a known issue), but I was able to use my Ikea rechargeables fine.

I find the GUI on this device a bit hard to get used to and I'm having a change around of my gear (selling some stuff so that I can buy other stuff...)"

See the Nanoloop label for demos.

Dennis Colin - Significant Events (Bright Sparks Outtake)

video by GForce Software

"A fascinating and touching outtake from the Bright Sparks Documentary where ex-ARP engineer Dennis Colin recalls two of the most significant events of his life.

Dennis was a joy to film and listen to and even though his health was poor, his mind was super sharp. Sadly Dennis passed away shortly after we recorded this at his home in New Hampshire. However, his work lives on in the ARP2600, Aries 300 Modular and the legendary Oberheim SEM filter.

Originally released in December 2015 to critical acclaim and created to compliment the I Monster album of the same name, Bright Sparks documents the human stories of eight musical instrument pioneers, - Robert Moog (Moog), Alan R Pearlman (ARP), Don Buchla, Harry Chamberlin, The Bradley Brothers (Mellotronics), Adrian Wagner (Electronic Dream Plant), Peter Zinovieff (EMS) and Ken Freeman.

'The result is a documentary that isn’t merely well informed, it’s definitive.'
