"Last of the great Japanese monophonic preset synths, this features all the groovy late 1970s add-ons in the vein of the ARP Pro-Soloist and Roland SH-1000/2000. Built-in spring reverb, aftertouch-controlled growl/bend/vibrato/wow/filter, flanger, repeater, portamento AND glissando. I bought this and used it on an album for a project that no longer exists, so looking to send it off to a new home. I have always used the instrument with a 120V-to-100V step-down converter to meet the Japanese electrical standard, and so recommend that you do the same.

The synth was fully serviced in 2018 and the only thing that the tech said they would eventually replace was the aftertouch strip - there are aftermarket solutions available which would rejuvenate its sensitivity to the way it was when it left the factory. It works well, you just have to press down on the keys firmly, so I didn't opt for that. There's a USB-powered LED strip visible in the pictures which added some fun lights - it comes right off for those looking to keep things vintage ;) It does not come with the original 'music stand' metal attachment nor the plastic cover I believe it came with originally."

"All the front panel microswitches have been replaced, so they're 'as new', display is bright and clear (scratches on plastic covering, but not visible when in use) and I've (very tediously via MIDI sys-ex) reloaded all the factory presets back on."

Introducing the Behringer SYSTEM-15/35/55 & CM1A High-Resolution 16-Bit MIDI to CV/GATE Converter

video upload by Behringer

"After introducing our MODEL 55 range of Eurorack modules back last year, we've been following your comments and recognised your demand for pre-assembled systems.

We Hear You. Introducing the Behringer SYSTEM-15/35/55.

Ensuring the systems are historically accurate, SYSTEM-15/35/55 delivers the complete set of modules found in each bundle that was available in the 1960s.

All systems come pre-assembled in the Behringer EURORACK GO case and come ready to patch, straight out of the box.

All systems include our all-new CM1A Midi-to-CV/GATE converter and with the SYSTEM-55, included is our all-new EURORACK GO BRACKETS which links 2 EURORACK GO's together.

Both CM1A and EURORACK GO BRACKETS products will also be available to purchase separately.

SYSTEM-15 - $1,599.00
SYSTEM-35 - $2,299.00
SYSTEM-55 - $3,599.00

In stock and immediately shipping from our factory."

Introducing the Behringer CM1A High-Resolution 16-Bit MIDI to CV/GATE Converter
video upload by Behringer

"The CM1A is an extremely high-precision 16-bit USB/MIDI to CV/GATE converter designed for use with Eurorack setups such as the Behringer System 55, System 100 and 2500 series, etc.

The CM1A module allows you to interface your modular setup between either a DAW, external midi controller or hardware midi sequencer, either via USB MIDI or traditional 5 pin MIDI. Fitted with a rear mounted control switch, the CM1A allows you to select monophonic or duo-phonic modes.

Connecting the CM1A to the Synthtribe application allows for further settings such as midi channel and midi note range to be adjusted and can also be used for firmware updates.

Unlike other interfaces that mostly use 12-bit or simple pulse with modulation, the CM1A is fitted with a high-resolution 16-bit DAC from Texas Instruments - making it one of the most accurate and linear converters available.

List Price: $99 USD (in stock and immediately shipping from our factory)."

“AODYO Anima Phi - First Contact” by Friendly Noise

video upload by Friendly Noise

"Please make sure that your system can reproduce low frequencies correctly.

Video sections:
00:06 01 Modelling
01:10 02 Rumbling
02:53 03 Flutes
03:50 04 Percussive sequence 1
04:44 05 Percussive sequence 2
05:45 06 Analog-like
07:04 07 Piezo
08:08 08 Ambient
09:48 09 Bells
10:47 10 Robots

Anima Phi, by AODYO, is a brand new monophonic synthesizer with an interesting approach. It’s a acoustic modelling synthesizer with also analog modelling parameters and effects onboard. Modulations routing are great and they will be undoubtedly the key for many great sounding patches to come.

In this video you can see the first contact with Anima Phi. I wanted to use the Seaboard, but it outputs multiple controller data and the Seaboard needs some editing with the Dashboard in order to make a template which can get the most of Seaboard + Anima Phi. So that Seaboard video will come in the next weeks for sure.

Even with an standard keyboard like the Arturia Keystep, the quality and playability of the Anima Phi shines from the beginning to the end of the video."

Noir - Sounds From Your Mind (Polyend Tracker Scene Project)

video upload by Polyend

"Hi, I'm Noir, this composition starts from the idea of using the first 4 tracks of the project as harmonic material. Using the wavetable synthesis capabilities of the Tracker, together with the fx tracks, you can get really effective results, in a short time and, above all, that evolve over time, thanks to the use of the "chance" effect."

Find out more and get the project files at: https://polyend.com/whats-up/noir-sou..."
