Q: How does this work?
A: We rent out the space by private, hourly appointments. An appointment grants one access to the entire collection. You’re free to look around, take pictures, play the instruments, record the instruments, ask questions, or whatever else you’re interested in doing here.
Q: How much does an appointment cost?
A: Basic appointments start at $50/hr and go up $15/hr per person you add to the reservation. There is a two hour minimum for groups under 4 people. If you need a full-time recording engineer, or would like group instruction, the rate will go up accordingly.
Q: Am I cool enough to book an appointment at VSM?
A: Yes you are. You’re an amazing person who deserves the best.
Q: Will there be people there judging my skills?
A: Nope. Not unless you bring some judgey people with you. We’re just happy to have people of all backgrounds over here to enjoy and explore this magical place."

My second video on YouTube was the Poly Evolver, it has over 52k views and I didn't even run it thru my digital recorder! I loved that synth so much & I missed it I had to get the harder to find cousin, the Poly Evolver RACK. In this video i am using the Yamaha MoXF6 as MIDI controller. The PER responds to Cuttoff Filter, Decay & Modulation / Pitch on the wheels very well! More Poly Evolver Rack coming soon! This synthesizer has just been fully serviced by Synthchaser, the United States' leading ARP specialist - recapped, new key bushings, new LED sliders, clean, fully functional, calibrated, in tune and sounding great. And best of all, this has been fitted with the Synthchaser MIDI Adapter! This keyboard is the sound of Joy Division and is all over The Cars' "Moving In Stereo", and many other late 70's/early 80's albums. It produces the lush Solina/String Ensemble sounds plus has a polyphonic synthesizer section with a voltage controlled filter, LFO, and ADSR, and a dedicated bass synthesizer section.

New Sequential Take 5 - Five Voice Poly Synth w/ Prophet-5 Rev 4 Filter

You might recall Sequential registered the Take 5 trademark from this post back in June. The Take 5 takes on the look of the Pro 3 with some significant differences. The Take 5 replaces the the Pro 3's filter types (below) with the Prophet-5 Rev 4 filter. The Take 5 has more modulation capabilities than a Prophet-5, but less than the Pro 3. The Take 5 doesn't have the third wavetable oscillaor, sequencer, tuned feedback, or the extra envelope(s) of the Pro 3. Each synth has its own strengths of course. This is good news for current owners.
