This is a legendary Jupiter 8, 12 bit early model (1981) with the newest OS chips(34) and the DCB option. It has been almost fully recapped and has had extensive service by synth techs, Rick Smith and also David at Nitelife electronics in Vancouver. All the rainbow button switches have been replaced. Perfectly tuned and calibrated with zero issues and it sounds incredible.

There are obviously some small cosmetic knicks here and there and some dents near the power switch but otherwise this synth is in excellent shape and very clean with no corrosion and minimal wear. Keys are in great condition.

Includes the Roland MD8 DCB-Midi interface pictured + custom dust cover"

"Roland's very first musical instrument from way back in 1973. This one is in good shape, fully functional, in tune and scaling properly. A few of the pots are scratchy. Has presets like the ARP Pro Soloist, but also has a full featured synthesizer section. The SH-1000 is one of the best values in Vintage Synthesizers out there today."

Korg miniKORG 700FS Review - A Sound Designers Thoughts.

video upload by GEOSynths

"Originally issued in 1974, the 700S was the 2nd in Family, with the 700 being released the year prior. The 700S had an extra Oscillator and an added Ring Modulator with a variety of settings.

Korg have painstakingly crafted the limited edition re-issue, however they've added some great new features, such as Patch Storage, Spring Reverb and the ability to record all the Knobs, Sliders and Switches over USB Midi.

It also comes in a beautiful styled Case and lets face it, you've never going to get a Vintage in this condition and with a warranty."

Elektron Digitakt + CXM1978 + GRP A2 // Ambient lofi beat

video upload by Dexba

"As an old meme once said: 'I don't always pull out the Digitakt. But when I do, I always end up amazed by how simple and yet versatile it is.'

Having 2 LFO's per track, modulating modulation, quickest sampling EVER (even for a lazy ass player like me), MIDI tracks to be able to quickly play external instruments!

This all started with the loop I put in track 8, a little arpeggio on the Matriarch, that I listened to for many many hours without knowing what to do with it. Then I decided to stop being lazy, so I pulled out the Digitakt and I started flipping the sample, recorded one drone note with the GRP, recorded water, recorded birds, and even some vinyl scratching because... you know, that's the way these things go down.

In the past few days, I've had trouble sleeping, and I have to admit I resorted to my own video quite a bit, mixed with some other sounds of nature.

Everything sounded beautiful already without reverb, but then I remembered I OWN A F***ING Chase Bliss CXM1978! I attached that, I turned the CREAMY factor on the GRP to 11, and... here we are: MY FIRST AMBIENT JAM EVER!"

SonicProjects OP-X PRO-II - Factory Presets Demo

video upload by virtualoberheim

"Playing some factory presets of the SonicProjects OP-X PRO-II virtual analog synth. No external treatment involved. All sounds are coming directly from the stereo output of the synth.

...

The video features 91 presets from 29 banks. The gigantic complete patches library the synth ships with is 2'500 patches in 66 banks, so the featured picked presets are just 3.64 % of all available presets.

Explore the built-in banks and sounds on this dedicated site:
https://www.sonicprojects.ch/opxpro2/...

As you can hear in the video the synth perfectly can emulate the typical sounds of various classic analog synths including the Roland Jupiter-8, Prophet-5, Oberheim OB-X, Oberheim Matrix-12 and even Minimoog."
