  5. The effect of hardware and physical design. : ) There's just something about a finely crafted piece of hardware that inspires in a way software can't. Reminds me of the Amex commercials. Keyboard, x dollars, white case, x dollars, capturing that sound, x dollars, the feel of the hardware? priceless.
