What's funny about this is that, just the other day, my friends and I were talking about how great it would be if it would be possible to build a 100% Cwejman modular. All they needed were some utility modules like multiples and BAM, here they are :)
ReplyDeleteYou're very connected to the pulse of future Mr. Array.
ReplyDeleteThe link is only to the new photos of the rack/utilities. No more new modules contained in the discussion, unfortunately. Dang Cwej is expensive, though. I'd love to hear samples to figure out what makes these so unique... I've heard the filters described as surgically clean... not necessarily what I look for in a new filter
ReplyDeleteShawn says that:
ReplyDelete"Cwejman will show about 5 new modules at Schneider's Superbooth"
Eh..those racks ONLY accomodate cwejman modules. I do not know anyone that has more than a couple cwejman modules, at most, in their system. You are much better of IMO just getting a S1 MKII for a lot less $$$.

You'd be surprised.
Point taken. Although the point that I was trying to make was that this rack ONLY accepts cwejman modules, and no other format. ASys Asol and Doepfer can accept every format out there. It just doesn't make sense to me for the price.
ReplyDeleteUhm, "every format out there"? You mean any other eurorack manufacturer, right?
ReplyDeleteThis case is awesome. If one gets crafty, plenty of other euro modules could fit in there.
