"circa 1979
The Pearl Syncussion SY-1 comprises of of two drum triggers that connect to the analog brain via standard patch leads, the synth has two identical channels.
Each channel includes one knob and the rest sliders for controling OSC MODE, TUNE, DECAY,WIDTH SWEEP, LFO, S/H, OUTPUT
The synth powers up fine, and lights flash relative to LFO speed and depth on both channels, however one channel has no output signal."
I own and have used the Syncussion SY-1 for over ten years in my dance tracks and live on stage. It's a great piece of kit. A real hands on tool. I also have four of the Pearl (real shell & head) trigger drums that go with it. I often hook them up to a DM5 and they work great.
