Joel Chadabe and the other guys who used the system would set up elaborate interacting sequences with the eight 960/962s, delays, VC mixers etc., and then tweak them with these joysticks."

how do you post on this matrix synth blogger? I already signed up but my post is its own seperate page..Help
ReplyDeleteI had one of those once. See the slot and pattern around the joystick itself? That's a metal plate just underneath the metal cover, and it moves around with the joystick. Mine was noisy as a result. I don't know if these would be or if I had a bad one. They aren't spring-loaded, for those who like the EMS-style joystick etc.
ReplyDeleteHi revojak. Just shoot me an email with what you want to post. The rule is it has to showcase a synth or two via samples, images or other. If you can't ID the synth, then I usually do not put up a post, but I sometimes make exceptions, for example circuit bending stuff now and then and technology that can be used for synthesis.
ReplyDeleteAlso on Matrixsynth I put up posts for people and of course myself. On SYNTHWIRE you can put up posts yourself. If you want to join SYNTHWIRE, shoot me an email and I'll add you.
My email is at the bottom right section under Contact.
