No not MATRIXSYNTH, the movie. Click on the second shot below and read the message. There are a couple of other references as well. You can find them along with some notes and audio on the AFG on this noisesource post. 
For those that don't know, matrix and MATRIXSYNTH come from Matrix-6, my first synth, not the movie. I launched the old MATRIXSYNTH.COM back in October of '97 before the movies. The original site was actually much the same in concept as this site - a place to gather links to everything synth.Update: a few more AFG easter eggs are up on noisesource.
