YouTube via SHINMAILBOX. Hmm... Thingamagoop and a fluorescent light guitar.
Note it's probably not a Thingamagoop, but that's what obviously comes to mind. It is most likely a DIY noise box with light sensors run through stomp boxes / effects pedals. The following is the video description in Googlish. If anyone knows more, feel free to comment.
