"The Paia Oz is a way-cool little polyphonic mini-synthesizer from Paia’s pioneering 1970’s line of analog synths. The 1 1/3-octave keyboard is fully polyphonic, and has a selectable five-octave range. It has a selectable spike or pulse trigger, and signal ins and outs to interface with envelope generators and other analog gear. The original manual is included (I grabbed it from the Paia web site). I am the second owner of this unit, which I have had since 1993.
"Everything works on this unit except the indicator LED for the lowest octave setting. The capacitive pitch-bend pad needs to be replaced—I’ll bet you can still get one from Paia—but it works fine without it, and the wire it connects to is still there: I’m holding it in the last picture. It’s supposed to come out through the little rubber grommet on the lower left front. Should be a fun project.
This is a no reserve auction with free shipping in the U.S., and the unit, being vintage, is offered as-is."
