"This is demo 2 of the Modcan 54B sequencer. This demo focuses more on the difference between synch and asynch modes and the use of incoming CV to control stage select."Modcan 54B Sequencer Demo 3
Modcan 54B Sequencer Demo 3 from Bill Felton on Vimeo.
"Demo 3 of the Modcan 54B Sequencer, using both sequencers this time. Seq.1 is clocking seq. 2 at the row end point, and seq. 2 is clocking it's own row select at stage 1. The effect is for sequencer 1 to play 16 steps and advance sequencer 2 by 1 step. After sequencer 2 advances 16 steps, it drops to the next row and continues. The complete cycle is 16 stages of 1 per stage of 2 and 48 stages of 2 in total. The sequencer outs are controlling:
seq 1a> pitch and filter cutoff
seq 1b > clock rate and gate time
seq 1c > dual VDO blend amount, from 50% to Max to Min
seq 2 > each step ramps slightly up or down to select a new B waveform on the dual VDO"

"This is demo 4 of the Modcan 54B sequencer. This time I'm showing the unexpected behavior of the 'reset' input when clocked. This provides an alternate method of stepping through the stages, one that is particular useful once the pitches are established and you want to use row 2 (or 3) to control gate width and/or clock division or speed."
