via the listing: "Maestro by Gibson Sound System for Woodwinds Model W-3. Serial # M-05402. This is a cool old effect system developed for woodwinds, but sound incredible with guitar, bass, and keyboards (synthesizers) too. Includes w-3 unit, foot pedal and the case. It's in perfect working condition! I had the 1/8" input converted 1/4" so you can plug a guitar or bass right in without an adapter. This is the only version with the footswitch and connector into the machine. All light switches and pots work..."
