"Hello,up for auction is a Sequential Circuits Prophet 600 Synthesizer. This synth is in amazing condition. Bought new to use in the owner's recording studio , it has had about 4 hours of use and basically has sat in it's original box for 30 years. It still works great and comes with the service manual.
This synth belongs to the business partner of the late Tim Smith who was the Western Regional Tech Rep for Sequential Circuits , Arp, Moog also contributing to the famous Vintage Synthesizers book and articles in Keyboard Magazine. Tim was an expert at repairing all kinds of sythesizers and electronics and over the years amassed quite a bit of stuff ( the service manual included was his )..."
