"The Windsor Hum is a mysterious and creepy low frequency sound heard in the Canadian city of Windsor, outside of Detroit. No one knows what is making the sound but it can be heard clear as the day is long! I sampled it and made an Ableton Live Instrument Rack with it, download it for free!
