It is a M-Audio Oxygen 25, cased in an Atari 1040 STf computer case.
All function keys mapped to the numeric keys.
25 keys, 8 pots, pitch bend and mod wheel.
USB socket on the back.

It is a Yamaha YM2149 sound chip (Atari ST) with MIDI control.
3 square wave channels
1 noise channel
1 envelope generator with 8 different wave forms, rough and fine frequency adjustment
1 noise generator, can be added to the 3 channels

2 sound outputs, RCA connectors
USB plug for power and MIDI
Power LED and MIDI Panic button
All parameters controlled over MIDI

Beautifully cased in an Atari ST mouse"
