"Buchla Music Easel - "Pressure Inverted Feedback Patch" experiment.
Patch was inspired by Todd Barton, who had suggested sending CV from the EG into the Easel LPG's: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfSxQ... Using the Inverter for one of the LPG channels - thereby creating a "see saw" effect: as one gate opens, the other closes etc.
In this patch I sent the 218 pressure out to the LPG's, w/the inverter used on ch 2.
I patched an audio feedback loop to ch 2, w/the Mod Osc set to "bal. ext" (modulation slider maxed).
Then tuned both VCO's to unison.... then with careful level adjustments (and reverb mix) - I used the 218 to play notes ... and as I applied pressure, the output would toggle between tuned feedback and principle VCO output.
