Pratyahara

"Pratyahara: a withdrawing of the senses from the outer world to focus inward, in order to attune oneself with ones true purpose. To accelerate the blossoming of the soul.
I borrowed this composition technique from Steve Reich, who has been an wonderful influence on my work over the past few months.
