**It is missing the battery backup cover on the bottom, but the batteries stay in just fine if the keyboard stays put. A solution I've found is a small bit of strong, residue free Gaffer tape to hold them in place. Also, these batteries backup the user preset RAM, not factory ROM, and aren't necessary if user patches are saved to floppy disk**"
