That's not a drum machine. It's actually a Sun TUNE-UP-TESTER MODEL 1015. I spotted this one on Pawn Stars Season 5, Episode 21. Below are some additional pics I found online
via this auction. It's a car tune-up engine tester.
The system actually has a built-in oscilloscope, and some meters that reminded me of Buchla's red white and blue color scheme. That old NASA engineering feel to them. Don Buchla actually worked with NASA. Far fetched? This is a Synth Rorschach so anything goes...
