"Demostration of LEGATO Switch 0\1 function.
N1 play high note, N2 play low pitch note.
Legato affects how N2 notes are sampled.
If 0 a note is sampled on each N1 pulse (i.e. each time N1 becomes ON)
If 1 note is sampled every clock whenever N1 is ON"
