"Every channel is now a SEQ, a KIT or an ARP, and slots can drive each other. 1.2.1 rewrites the ARP transport so a running clock tracks the host 1:1.

Slot modes: SEQ (generative sequencer), KIT (fixed 12-note kit map), ARP (input-driven, from external MIDI or another slot)
Slot bus: DEST routes one slot into another. A SEQ conducts an ARP, ARPs chain, no host MIDI routing

The ARP clock cannot drift. Read-then-advance transport, verified by a suite that drives the real engine through 130 configurations and fails on a single lost tick
Octave/scale/root mod re-pitches a ringing bus-driven note instead of retriggering the pattern
Conductor chord becomes the ARP's scale: a 3-note chord makes the ARP speak a 3-note scale
New NOTE-lane knobs: VEL, LENG, RATCH, APPR
mac: piano-roll clicks land where the cursor is on Retina and scaled resolutions
Existing pattern keys keep their exact output
