"Yay! Finally, I don't have to play anything by myself anymore! Just press start and stop. And no, it's no masterpiece and very lazy and repetetive, I think it's interesting that every single beat in that whole hour is unique and different from the next - it never repeats. Same goes for the visuals: especially the lava lamp makes it that every single frame in that video also is unique. Although no AI was used in this production, IT was heavily involved: the second track of the NCT plays its notes randomized. So what's the difference between this and using AI? Well, at least I (a human being) gave the NCT a group of notes and chords to play randomly, instead of just typing something into a prompt. Also, it's a test: will a long video like this, playing interchangeable background muzak, perform better than my other stuff? And to the fellow Circuiteers: the patch you are hearing is my attempt at creating some kind of a piano-like sound on the NCT. If you want me to share that, let me know in the comments."
