"The build quality is excellent with the pots bolted to the chasis giving it an excellent feel. The semi-modular design allows you a lot more modulation possibilities and it can still be used stand alone. I would describe the sound as somewhere between the Korg MS-20 and a VCS-3. The best example I've seen of it's tonal range is on this video"

Mostly all 1% resistors used throughout. Nice smooth 24mm Alpha pots

I am building 5 like this one, a black faced, 3 white faced, and a black yellow (EDP WASP look)
faced.

This is built into a Polycase ABS case. Runs off an AC adapter (included).
Im very impressed with the tracking of these Synths when Tuned correctly.

"Excuse the bad audio. Little synth bass from the SoundLab I put together with my MV-8800 on drums (808 samples). I actually enjoy the filter on this Synth. It does not sound to bad to me. But sound is in the ear of the beholder."
