Roland SH-101 Shots
Roland SH-101 in "pristine museum quality" via this post on VSE. Title link takes you to the shots saved for posterity. At first I thought there was a smudge on the synth and wondered about the "pristine museum quality," but then I realised it was the cammera.

Surprisingly, I haven't played any of the three, so I couldn't say, but the SH-101 would be first on my list. I just always wanted one.
ReplyDeletethe rogue feels cheap and boxy. i guess that was the point. you could get a considerably better synth for that money, but i wouldn't trade it for anything. i always liked how the sh 101 is thin. my juno 106 on the other hand might be making an appearance on ebay soon, and a nord lead might show up on my door step.
